We claim the senders to be biscuit samples with values of 0-50 USD. But remember, if there are any customs charges, it will be your job. We highly recommend researching your country's customs policies before you make a purchase.
Processing Time
Every piece is handmade, and it will take 2-3 weeks to process the payment.

For the safe delivery of the product, we require your contact phone number, which you can include in the notes of your order or send us a message with. We cannot deliver without your phone contact.
Shipping Address
We generally do not deliver items to PO Box locations, as these addresses require the recipient's signature when the package is delivered. If the address is a PO Box, then it is the purchaser's responsibility if any item gets lost.
Return Policy
Please inform us of your intended return before taking the item back to us. Our return policy includes:
14-day refunds of monies spent (except for custom-made, discounted, or financed items) which applies to the majority of purchases
The items must be unused and undamaged during the process
The refund will be processed 3-5 business days after we receive the product
Sorry, the payment amounts for shipping, the production of the product, and the rush order cannot be recovered from the refund
Another extra stocking fee for special expensive custom designs is also possible
